The old sole is carefully removed and replaced with a welt and a new Vibram sole. The shape, colour and construction are selected to complement the original sneaker, making every Encore unique.
The process includes:
Assessment of the sneaker’s condition
Discussion of the design and available options
Removal of the original sole
Preparation of the existing upper
Addition of a new plain 1 colour leather welt and Vibram sole (Pictures of various available sole options below)
Hand-finishing and final inspection

Each pair is different, so the final price is confirmed after we have assessed the shoes and discussed the design.
